Join us in welcoming Tamara Bingham to our team! Tamara is certified in MRT and trained as an EMDR therapist. Her approach is based on a whole person perspective, supporting individuals in the exploration of their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. She encourages clients to take an active role in their treatment and outcome while increasing self-worth, resiliency and skills to overcome future barriers.
In addition to talk therapy, Tamara has specialized training in EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy. She is contracted with PEHP and Talltree Administrators for insurance.
