Current Openings / Needs:
Food Pantry Volunteers
Food Pick Ups:
If you are a morning person who can do a little heavy lifting in the name of feeding the hungry, please join our food pick up team! Volunteers meet our staff at 7am then join them in driving to local grocery stores to collect food donations, then unload them at the CCPC Pantry. The shift is usually finished by 10am. Days available: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.
Food Pantry Volunteers:
Pantry volunteers assist in unloading, sorting, and organizing food donations. Other activities include recycling, cleaning, and guest services. Shifts are 9:30-12:30, 12:30-4, Monday–Saturday (times can be flexible).
Snacks in Backpacks:
Groups of volunteers are needed to collect food donations then assemble the donations into bags for distribution to local students to take home over the weekend when school lunches would not be available. This program seeks to provide healthy, kid friendly foods. CCPC distributes the bags twice a month to roughly 300 students at local Park City schools.
Thrift Store Volunteers
Park City & Heber City
Our Park City and Heber thrift stores are looking for a few good volunteers to help organize, sort, provide customer service, and keep the stores looking great! Shifts are available throughout the week, and are limited to 2 hours.
