The Enneagram is a dynamic personality typing system which describes nine different personality styles, or ways of seeing the world. Combining ancient wisdom and modern psychology, the Enneagram is a powerful tool for understanding ourselves and others. The nine types are interconnected and teach us about how we think, feel and behave under optimal circumstances as well as in stress. An Introduction to the Enneagram will illuminate the nine types of personality and will help you to better understand your own motivations, while helping you to increase compassion toward others in your life. Join us for an interesting evening of self discovery!
Mary Wright is a Certified Enneagram teacher with a Master’s degree in counseling. She completed training at the Narrative Enneagram school, directly under Enneagram pioneer Helen Palmer, has taken course work at the Enneagram Institute with Russ Hudson, and is a YEC Certified Enneagram Coach.
Join us for an interesting evening of self discovery as Enneagram coach Mary Wright walks you through the nine types and how they interact.
