Dr. Linsey Broadbent has extensive nursing experience in trauma and emergency medicine, intensive care, and hospice care. Throughout this experience, the mental health aspects of trauma, chronic illness, grief, and death were particularly impactful. These experiences inspired Linsey to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and to continue working on additional certifications as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. With these specialties, Dr. Broadbent has developed a well-rounded knowledge base to help people of all ages better understand their mental health and to provide appropriate medication management services. Dr. Broadbent will be evaluating patients and offering collaborative treatment plans for the following disorders:
- Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity
- Anxiety and Depression
- Trauma and Stressor-related Disorders
As the newest member of the Christian Center of Park City’s mental health counseling team, Dr. Broadbent is excited about the opportunity to collaborate with the Center’s therapists to offer additional interventions and tools for symptom relief and remission. Dr. Broadbent also offers genetic testing as a way to personalize treatment plans as directed by the client.
