Food Pantry
Throughout the year we provide food to about 30 households every day. That serves about 100 family members daily or 500 each week. During the winter months we accelerate those numbers by supplying free food to hundreds of seasonal workers. Last year we served over 24,680 individuals from Summit, Wasatch, and Salt Lake Counties. We are one of just two pantries in town—ours the only one open five days a week, and employing paid Spanish speaking staff.
Monthly we give away over three tons of food to hundreds of poverty-level family members, with about 25 families coming in every day. We regularly receive Food from The Market at Park City (formerly Dan's), Albertson's, Smith's, Wild Oats, and the Timpanogos Regional Food Bank.We also receive food from Windy Ridge, Westgate Marketplace and Deli, the Boy Scouts, some area churches, many schools in the district, and individual families.
The Christian Center Food Pantry meets a vital part of our community's needs. We welcome any food donations dropped off between the hours of 10:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. All donations are tax-deductable. We thank you for your kind gift.
