Special Speakers and Events

The Center has been privileged since its inception to sponsor and host some nationally known speakers that have impacted our community, including Helen Whitney, producer, director and writer; Joe White from Promise Keepers; author Ann LeMott; pro-surfer Bryan Jennings; pro snow boarder Dave Downing.  We also help host the Windrider Forum (www.windriderforum.org) during Sundance, where we welcome over 200 university students all over the country who come to Sundance, seeking a dialogue between film and faith.  This past Spring, we hosted a special screening of the Sundance-winning movie “Kinyarwanda”.  This fall, we helped to host the Family Life Conference, a national marriage conference.  These are just a few of the great events and speakers we offer each year.  Stay tuned for our upcoming line up for 2012!
