Ways to Give

Donate Online

Thank you for considering support to the Christian Center. Only 7% of your donation goes to administrative overhead. All the rest is directly applied to the program or service you designate. “Where needed most” is always the most helpful for of giving, but your gift can be applied where and how you see fit to give it. Thank you so much. All gifts are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. The Christian Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization in the State of Utah. Our Federal ID number is 87-0643778. General Support of the Christian Center – “Where Needed Most” allows us to apply your donation to the area of most pressing needs. Those areas vary over the course of the calendar year. Thank you for allowing us the flexibility to put your gift where it will impact the greatest good.

Designated Support – “Use This Gift For _____” allows us to restrict your gift to the specific service or program of your choosing. The areas we designate and restrict include:

  • International Activities
  • Food Pantry
  • Emergency Assistance
  • Minority Work
  • Building
  • Church Relations
  • Food Pantry assistant – 1-3 hours one day a week
  • Thrift Shop – receiving, sorting, tagging, sales
  • Receptionist – half day once a week
  • Kitchen Service – meals, serving, and cleanup; 1-3 hours per week
  • Furniture Assistance – packing, loading, pickup and delivery
  • Mailing Services when we are doing a special mailing – 3X yearly
  • Tuesday Night Dinners – January, February, March
  • General maintenance – painting, computer work, repairs, lawn, etc.
  • Grocery store pickup for Pantry – 2 hours, one day a week
  • Public Relations – news releases, phone calls, mailings, copy work, etc.
  • Navajo Missions – once yearly, four days and 1,000 mile trip
  • Local Missions – once weekly, deliver household items to Salt Lake Mission
  • Seasonal Projects – Christmas wrapping, sorting, distribution, collections
  • Jobs Board – maintain work opportunities and schedule workers
  • Transportation – assist with rides for special needs individuals
